Hi Stefan,

Yes, just the TottoiseProc.exe is enough. I had also added an entry
into the Tsvn explorer menu to invoke the commitgroups dialog so
TortoiseSVN.dll will also need to be uploaded.

For now I'll upload only TortoiseProc.exe. The commitgroups dialog can
be invoked by "TortoiseProc.exe /command:commitgroups".

I have logged into tigris as aniapte. However i don't have permissions
to upload. Else wise, I can email the exe and you can upload it?
