That still seems to be the case in r5039 on both XP and Win2K. After
deleting a WC, besides going into an infinite loop the memory allocation
is not decreased. On Win2K it was still increasing as the WC was going
down the gurgler.

There are still some "Invalidating and refreshing folder" messages
streaming between "Updating Path" messages in CacheWindow.
