I have had decent support since tigris.org moved to CollabNet hosting. I
send emails to feedback@tigris.org when there is a problem. I was told
that is the official email address to use. I then usually here from
Jason. So maybe that is the generic email address to use?

I wouldn't automatically assume Sourceforge support will be better. I
think I have had more occurrences of the servers being down or
unresponsive in the little bit of time I have dealt with them, then I have
with tigris.org whom I use all day every day.
