Dutch translation of "Repo-Browser"

Hi,

I just installed the Dutch language pack for TSVN and noticed three
things/bugs:

1) After the Dutch language was installed (using the NSIS installer)
TSVN was still set at the "English" language (the shell context menu
text was English and the combobox on the "Settings" page also listed
English as being the active language setting). Commit dialogs however
were already using the Dutch spelling checks.

2) "Repo-Browser" in the shell context menu is translated as
"Biblio-Bladeraar". Even though this is a perfect one on one translation
it sounds very, very weird/funny (I had to laugh for a few minutes!).
The word "bladeraar" isn't used very often in the Dutch language. At
least not in the Dutch that is spoken in The Netherlands. It might be
common Belgian Dutch, though. The Belgians tend to use funny,
deprecated, words ;-)

I suggest changing it to "Biblio-Browser". Nowadays the English word
"browser" is completely integrated into the Dutch language. We also talk
about "web browsers" and not "web bladeraars".

3) Somewhere in the Dutch language PO file (Tortoise_nl.po) the word
"bibliotheek" contains a spelling error. It says "bobliotheek" instead
of "bibliotheek". The revision I have here (don't know its number) it is
on line 2616.

Greetings,

Leon Zandman
