This is because Steve has changed docbook xsl + tools to the latest version.
They look for images differently now. Russel has to upgrade the nightly
build server as well.

Versions:
- Docbook xsl 1.69
- libxml2 2.6.20
- libxslt 1.1.14
- zlib 1.2.3
