When someone contributes a build of it. Unusually, no-one has this time.
1.3.0 should be out in late December, and there will be no need for the
ASP.NET. Better still, if you are OK with using nightly builds then try
one of those. The 1.3 installer allows you to set up for normal use or
for ASP.NET.
