I keep experiencing the following:

WC folder shows red pling (correctly).
I do a commit. Overlay remains red.
wait a while... nothing changes (cpu idle).
Press F5. cpu is busy for a fraction of a second, then goes idle.
Overlay remains red.
wait a while.. just in case!
Press F5 again. It goes green almost instantly.

Navigating in to the WC, then back out, seems to fix the status too.

I'm running TSVN 1.2.6 (regular version, I'm no longer a special needs user)
Windows XP sp2.
