Interesting indeed, I couldn't find this and searched quite a bit, seems spot on.

That was actaully the first thing I tried, I believe it may be stated earlier in
the thread. I've just tried it again, running dos2unix on the patch, however
the patch fails in exactly the same way as before.

To add a curveball to the mix, someone just told me last night that a patch he
sent in (that applied no probs) was created in TortoiseSVN! So it appears
different versions of the Tortoise give different results. I may start asking
devs for the version numbers.

Thanks for your feedback - I think this issue may be worthy of a bug report, how
do you guys manage bugs?
