If you use SysInternal's Process Explorer,

http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ProcessExplorer.html

you can select the TSVNCache.exe process in the upper pane and it will
highlight the currently open files in the lower pane. This is an easy
way to see what's being updated.
