Overlay update after commit

Hi Stefan,

I think I have finally nailed down the case where overlays don't update
consistently after commit. Don't get too excited - this is not the
hard-to-find bug that Rainer has, but it may explain why some people
never see these out-of-date overlays.

If I commit a file which is showing in explorer right pane, its overlay
remains as modified/added or whatever. If I commit a folder which has
modifications burried lower down (ie. not showing in the right pane), or
even just a property change, then its overlay is updated from 'Modified'
to 'InSubversion' after commit.

As the screenshot shows, I committed a file and a folder at the same
time. The folder's overlay is updated to 'InSubversion'. The file's
overlay remains at 'Added'. The left pane is also updated correctly -
brilliant :-)

Of course if you press F5 it all comes right. It's a trivial annoyance
really, but it will continue to be the subject of many further mails on
the user list.

Simon
