How did you even manage to have two files with the same name in your
working copy on a Windows machine ?!

Remote network share on Unix?

Or did you perhaps hard-delete one file and TSVN Add another?

(Also, you might want to refrain from sending HTML mail to the mailing
list. All the excess tags, ugly fonts and pictures are considered
impolite by some.)
