Flyspray no longer using PHP markdown?

Hi Lübbe,

IIUC flyspray is no longer using PHP markdown to format the issue
details. Is that correct? If so we need to update the header text.

The login boxes could do with a tidy up too - the titles are miles away
from the boxes.
