Really? I thought the max was 12?

That's correct as it is now. Because /tags/5.2.2 got deleted, our
"watched" path /tags/5.2.2/5.2.x got deleted in that revision too. And
since the graph shows the nodes with the URL's of the watched path,
that's correct.
