Search blames feature

Hi folks,

Have you tried out the new 'Search Blame' feature yet? Good work Stefan :-)

Comments so far:

1. The search is case sensitive. Is that a Good Thing? Could it be
selectable?
2. The search works on revision, author and content but not on log
messages. Is that needed?
3. You cannot limit the search to just file content, or just author.
4. There is no indication if the item is not found, just no response.
