RevGraph node selection is confusing

Hi Stefan,

One confusing aspect of revgraph is the node selection.

If you left click on a node, other nodes do not get deselected. I would
prefer to see Ctrl-left-click used for selecting multiple nodes, and
plain left-click deselects all other nodes.

If you right click on an unselected node, that node is not automatically
selected. So it can initially appear that there is no context menu.
Worse, if you left click on node A, then right click on node B to do a
show log, the log is shown for node A, not node B.

When you understand how the selection works, this makes sense, but it is
not at all obvious when you first encounter it. And as you know, no-one
ever reads the manual ;-) Having the same selection behaviour as
explorer would make it more intuitive.

Simon
