I've noticed that this morning too. I can't commit anymore :(
So I've sent a mail to tigris.org, but in my experience they're
everything else than fast to deal with such issues. I guess it's because
they don't have an email address for such emergencies but only the usual
feedback one. Yes, I've asked the last two times this happened if they
have such an email-address, but they don't (unbelievable!).

So I guess this will be the third day since the 1.2.0 release where
there's no commit from me (first was when the repo was moved from
svn.collab.net to tigris.org, second was when the repo didn't respond
for almost two days).
