Not yet, unless you are using a nightly build of TSVN. That feature will
be in the SVN 1.3 release, but they are still at Release Candidate 2,
not an official release yet. When SVN 1.3 is released, the official TSVN
1.3 will follow soon after.

So we can't remove it from the download page just yet.
