[TSVN] Error message text when connection fails.

Hi devs.

When an operation fails such as a update and error messages get
displayed the term PROPFIND is probably meaningless to many users.
I know it will mean something to those steeped in svn communications.
Consequently I was wondering if text describing the *user's* the last
action was used to replace PROPFIND.

So "Error: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk' " would
perhaps read
Error: Update request failed on '/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk'
Similarly
Error: PROPFIND of '/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk': could not connect to server
(http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org)
Error: Update of '/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk': could not connect to server
(http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org)

I don't know if other codes other than PROPFIND which might benefit by
substitution into user language.

Peter
