What was so hard about it? I just installed mod_python, the rest of
the trac prerequisites and then I installed trac. Added the relevant
stuff to my apache conf and that was it.

But any problems with installing on windows should be brought up on
the trac mailing list and/or added to the install on windows wiki page
at edgewall.com. There are always room for improvements to the docs.
