Skipped Missing Target

ToroiseSVN is awesome, but... there's a little small big problem. When we do a
merge, sometimes a file was renamed in the branch, and thus it doesn't merge it
correctly. It reports "Skipped Missing Target". That's all ok, we can merge it
manually, but would there be any way an option could be added to make that
warning more visible? Like a popup saying "ERROR: Some files were skipped." or
something like that? It's really easy to miss it if there are a lot of files
merged, and it can lead to very serious issues...

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Matus
