Auto Update

Ok, this one isn't really all that important to me, personally, but I
have some management users that need to see docs within a few different
repositories. I have no problem with training them on the purpose and
need for doing updates, but it'd be even better if I could setup an
automated update for repositories. In my mind, I see a tsvn:autoupdate
option that can be set to some value indicating when to update. There
probably need to be two lines in this: a pattern (i.e. hourly, daily,
weekly, monthly, yearly) and a date/time (i.e. mins after the hour and
hours between updates, time of day, day of week and time, day of month
and time, day of year and time). I'm not sure how much anyone else would
benefit from this, but I know it'd be useful to automatically get
updates in case someone forgets - because I do all the time.
