Serious problem with "Add" in TSVN 1.2.5

Hey

It seems to me that when I choose "SVN Add..." in a directory, the
dialog with files to add include files that have already been added to
the wc, which means that the operation fails if I don't deselect these ones.

To reproduce, e.g. check out

http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/Languages

go into "Languages" and create a file "test.txt". Right-click it and
choose "SVN Add..." and click ok. Right-click the "Languages" folder and
choose "TSVN Add...". Now "test.txt" is selected yet again although it
has already been added.
