I realize that; but what about those of us that either have local
repositories and/or TSvn on the server? That's my situation - I have
both. I would simply make the dialog box for it not that it can only be
used on local repositories. Shouldn't be that difficult, I imagine.

It's a server side operation, not something you would lightly undertake
from a remote client.
Hmm, wonder what svndump does??
