[TSVN] Revision Graph navigability.

Hi Stefan

Me again.
TSVN rev 4734 on XP

When the graph extends horizontally beyond the extremities of the
viewable image size or if maximized (in my case 1024 x 768 less borders
and scroll bars) then it cannot be scrolled down to reveal the starting
node.

Also there is a noticeable jump in the image sizes, using the Ctrl +-
keys at the point where the revision text in the node changes from bold
to normal.
This isn't a problem for me, I'm just stating what was observed in testing.

When zooming, is it possible to zoom about the current point rather than
having the graph rocket back to the top of the revision tree each time.

On the laptop keyboard Ctrl or Shift + zooms one way but only Ctrl -
goes the other.

Peter
