[TSVN] enhancement about peg revision in repository browser.

A peg revision is BASE in Log viewer of WC. I think that it is correct.
But I think that a peg revision is the revision in repository browser not HEAD.

I changed the revision in repository browser to see the difference of file.
Although I changed the revision in repository browser, TSVN treats the peg revision as HEAD,

I used TSVN -r 4704...
