That tells us what we need, thanks.

TSVN can diff text files very easily, but binary files such as Word
documents can only be diffed by a program which understands the binary
format, namely Word itself. For most binary files you simply cannot get
a diff at all.

If you look in TSVN Settings->Diff programs->Advanced, you will see a
reference to a script which attempts to do this, but it may be that your
version of Word behaves differently, your JS/VBS is different, or
something like that. So, more questions.

What version of Word are you using?
Which OS and which version?
There may be more, but this is a bit out of my area.

Can somebody who worked on these scripts help out here?
