Even more Installer woes

Pete,

I validated the 1.2.4479 MSI file with ORCA and it fails on several
ICE's: ICE27, ICE38 and two ICE43's (and there are also two ICE53
errors, but these are related to the ICE43 errors).

Also I think the installer keywords (defined in "PackageKeywords")
should be semi-colon or comma-separated. The Windows Installer SDK
defines it as "Semicolon delimited list of sources of the patch.".

I think these issues are relatively easy to fix, so if you can spare the
time :-) I would have done so myself, but I still haven't got a working
TSVN build environment.
