[bug] overlay icons do not show in virtual drives folders anymore

Hi,

overlay icons do not show in virtual drives folders anymore;
now they only show in the real location;
other Tortoise functions are not affected, i.e. I can operate
everything as usual inside the virtual drives folders, except that
visual feedback via overlays is missing...

- observed in v1.2.4
- previously installed version (1.1.5) did not have this problem
- we make use of virtual drives (Windows SUBST command) to organize
uniform development setups
- WinXP SP2
