OK. Tried again with rev 4673 and a differerent WC and repository.

Click on folder containing checkout of whole repository
Ran Clean
Ran Update
Ran Check for Modifications.
Click Check Repository button. Fall over.
See attached .png part screenshot file.

Completely repeatable.
However repeating exercise on just trunk or a branck folder withing the
WC is OK.
