BUG: Auto-scrolling in checkout/export window listbox stops

Hi,

Today I upgraded to TortoiseSVN 1.2.4, Build 4479 and when I did a
checkout of one of my projects I noticed a bug. The auto-scrolling of
the listbox in the checkout window only works a short time and then
stops. The same behaviour can be seen when exporting instead of doing a
checkout.
