GUI Translation Status report for TortoiseSVN trunk (r4665)

Hi Translators,

It's Monday morning again and time for a new translation status report. Most
of you have already caught up with the latest big "I hate accelerators"
change. Some have however missed a few accelerator keys. Just run "msgfmt
--check-accelerators Tortoise_xx.po" on your translation and msgfmt will
tell you on which line the key is missing.

Are there any Norwegians the list? That translation was almost complete and
now it has a lot of "untranslated" strings because of the added accelerator
keys. Most translations are already there. A review would bring the language
pack almost back to 100%. I know that the last maintainer doesn't have time
for the job anymore, so I am looking for someone new who can take care of
the Norwegian translation.

Bosnian, Croatian and Slovenian need a maintainer as well. They suffer from
the added accelerator keys as well, so a quick review would help a lot.
