Sure, the question I meant was "why does complain about missing
authorization when the TSVN 1.2.4 did not, nor does the 1.2 command
line client. Seems something is badly broken.

Yes, and our server is still on svn 1.2.3 running on apache on a
windows 2003 domain server.

No, it is the first time I try a 1.3 nightly.

Windows, yes. We use mod_auth_sspi without problem.
Ah, this could be an NTLM porblem since svn 1.3 uses the new neon lib. Maybe
The Apache error log is full of messages like
(OS 87)Falscher Parameter. : authentication failure for
"/svn/repos/!svn/act/52b0b04e-e62a-c24a-a89a-68689f41f236": user
unknown, reason: cannot generate context

I might need to play around with SSPIOfferBasic and SSPIBasicPreferred
settings, do you have more info on this topic?

However, this look like a subversion problem.
