[TSVN] Anyone running TSVN64 on Win2k3 or non-English Windows UI?

Hi @dev,

the 64 bit port is out for a while now and I received a substantial
number of reports saying that it works on

        WindowsXP x64, English UI

Those that couldn't get it running were using

        * Windows 2003 Server and / or
        * a non-English Windows UI (this may just be coincidence)

Therefore, I would like to know if that is consistent with your observations.
