[TSVN] Problem upgrading, does not uninstall previous version

When upgrading TortoiseSVN to 1.2.4.447 the old version does not seem to get
uninstalled an actually seems to be the old version that is run (the version
we were using did not have the lock function and there are two entries in
add/remove programs). This actually happens from at least two relatively
previous versions but I am not sure exactly which version we had before.
 
Please let me know this got thought to the list and if so I will continue
reporting any issues we find.
