[TSVN] Users mailing list

Hi,

as requested, I've created a users mailing list for TortoiseSVN. This is
to separate development threads from user questions which have nothing
to do with the code and bugs of TSVN.

So please subscribe to the users list (users at tortoisesvn.tigris.org).
Of course, you can stay subscribed to the devs list and help
discussing new features and bugs.

Now, what's still missing are moderators for the users list. That job
includes moderating all mails sent to the list from non-subscribers and
*not* moderate SPAM mails through. I think at least three people should
be moderators, and if possible from different continents to avoid big
waits if all moderators are asleep at the same time ;)

If you volunteer for the job, you'll have to give me your tigris.org
account name, and I'll set you up with the project role so you can add
non subscribed users to the 'allowed posters' list. This helps a lot to
reduce the moderate mails.

Oh, almost forgot:
to subscribe, send a mail to users-subscribe@tortoisesvn.tigris.org

Stefan
