I didn't say it was a big issue. It is mostly a minor annoyance. I just
run into it a lot because I like to revert a lot of the case changes VB6
tends to make on large projects. Most people probably don't step through
each change and bring up the context menu a lot. So it probably won't be
noticed by many people without purposefully looking for it.

I have also experienced the same issue on a Windows 2000 computer here.

Personally, I don't think that is a very productive attitude towards bug
reporting.
