I would normally agree.

TSVN is a great tool and you guys do a great job developing it.

However, I don't think the price should give license to belittlement.

"Remember what you pay for it" should *never* be an answer.

Yes, we've all had customers we wish we didn't have. Unfortunately,
we have to take the bad with the good.
