It was my impression that all the right click commands prefixed with
SVN..... were server side ah-la Repository operations and those without
were working copy (client only) commands.
To be consistent it really would be good to adhere to that implication
and not have TSVN line up all the missing files for extermination on the
other side of the World.

Similarly anything just "Windows" copied in or auto created withing the
folder if not svn:ignored might get a checkbox but not have it auto
ticked. (Crucify me if thats not already the case).
