I haven't followed this entire thread and apologize if this was already
suggested, but I think that the new "fix icons" command line parm should be
added as a link in the TortoiseSVN start menu folder. This would make it
accessible to non-power users.
Another link that would be nice in the TortoiseSVN start menu folder is to
the repo-browser. It's useful as a standalone client (without regard to the
explorer window context) and a little hidden when you have to open an
explorer window to get to it.
