[TSVN] RE: Rebuild Icons Tool

Well, I'm open to anything.

As you can see I based its primary function on the code from the
RebuildIcons() function from TSVN's CShellUpdater class. The difference
is that TSVN's function does its work on the "Shell Icon BPP" value,
while mine does its work on the "Shell Icon Size" value. But if there's
no real difference between these two methods it would suffice to just
use the original RebuildIcons() function and create a little wrapper
program that calls this function.

That would also be a nice solution.
