This is the likely explanation. I have had this repository since 17.
July 2005, and consistently used latest release of TSVN. I have never
used any other clients. Wouldn't dare:-)

I think this concludes it:
TSVN is now guarding efficiently against file-case-conflicts.
Perfect, I will remove the case-hook again, as it is not needed but,,,,

now I've got Python on my machine as a by-product of the process ;-)
