[TSVN] TSVN crash rev 4517

Hi devs

Using the current nightly build 4517 my XP machine experienced a crash
in the process of doing an SVN Add or shortly afterwards.
A (one line of text) new file was successfully added then XP's brain
exploded and it popped up it's Crash wizard.
Unfortunately it refused to allow the file to be copied elsewhere and
deleted it was when the crash report wizard was dismissed.

However screen shots were saved, so reading off those the info goes thus:-

TortoiseProc.exe Application Error
The instruction at "0x6eec8075" referenced memory at "0x003cb7ec". The
memory could not be read.

In MS's wizard another dialog discloses added info.
Appname: tortoiseproc.exe AppVer: 1..2.4.4517 ModName libapr.dll
ModVer 0.0.0.0 Offset 00008075

The error report starts:-
Exception Information
Code: 0xc0000005 Flags: 0x00000000
Record: 0x0000000000000000 Address: 0x000000006eec8075

System Information
Windows NT 5.1 Build etc etc.

A second identical crash occurred during or shortly after successfully
committing the added file.
I have reverted to yesterday's nightly and confirmed the file is present
in the repository (On a local drive on the crash machine) .
Don't know if it's a one off or if there is any other info I can supply.
The one line file does contain the magic string $WCREV$.
