In my case, the file icon overlays even in the currently displayed
folder never update until you hit F5. THis is true for most TSVN
operations, so after a commit, resolve, revert etc. I need to press F5
to see the new status.

Note: I have a hyperthreading CPU, maybe there is a race condition
here between explorer and TSVN Cache?
