[TSVN] Repo-browser sort bugs

Testing with TortoiseSVN 1.2.4, Build 4479 - 32 Bit

In the Repo-browser Date column sorting does not work. When you click on the
Date column, it only toggles between Ascending and Descending sorting of the
previously sorted column. For example, default sorting is based on the name,
so clicking Date changes from A-Z to Z-A on the 'File' column. If you select
the size column, and then click on the date column it sorts asc or desc
based on size. I could never get it to sort by the data in the Date column
in the 1.2.4 release, but this was working in 1.2.1. I'm going to take a
guess that this is somehow related to the addition of the Extension column
in 1.2.2.

Another sort bug in the repo-browser that has always been around, when
expanding a new directory the sort settings aren't applied to the new
entries. You have to go and toggle the column sorting to have them applied.

Thanks,
Jody
