[TSVN] Issue: Formatting of date/time-stamps in property dialog

Hi,

it seems as if TortoiseSVN uses the long date-time format settings to format, at least, the "Last commit revision" entry on property pages. Well, on some systems (e.g. mine) this leads to

  "13:13:49, Donnerstag, 29. September 2005"

as the date-time stamp, with the net effect that this is quite a bit too long to fit into the property sheet ;-)

I wonder whether it would be possible to add a configuration option (UI or registry-only) that allows a user to provide an *optional* date-time format string? If no format string is present, use system settings as the default, otherwise use the specified string?
