[TSVN] 1.3 nightlies

Hi,

The latest nightly build(s) are now built against the Subversion 1.3
branch. That means it already has many of the new features
implemented. Other new features will be done in the next few weeks
(i.e. features which are 'optional' and must be done by each client,
not automatically done by the library).

So, I'd appreciate it if you guys would now try out those nightlies
more often. This not only helps TSVN but also Subversion, because bugs
we find now can still be fixed and merged back to the 1.3.x branch in
Subversion before the official release.

Oh, and btw: one of the new features is automatic login with windows
based apache servers. So if you've set up your server as mentioned in
our docs (apache, ssl, authentication via windows domain), then you
don't have to enter username/password anymore. Just tried it here in
our office - works like a charm. ;)

Stefan
