Once the branch is made, it's handled as releases (i.e. changes can
get only merged there with voting first). And there are some pretty
big changes in 1.3 which I have to implement in TSVN too, so waiting
for the official *release* of 1.3 is not an option (or TSVN1.3 would
get released weeks after the Subversion release).

Didn't see that message. Maybe you've had some files open inside the externals?
