You've got a good point there. Maybe it's not such a good idea to add
this funtionality to TSVN afterall.

I'm OK with that. My original application was built using Borland
Delphi, but since TSVN is coded in C++ I've created a new version using
VC++. As you can see from the source I've based it on the RebuildIcons()
function from TSVN's CShellUpdater class. The difference is that TSVN's
function does its work on the "Shell Icon BPP" value, while mine does
its work on the "Shell Icon Size" value. Is there any difference between
them?
