[TSVN] Additonal menu groups (was: Keyboard Shortcuts)

Something similar was discussed about a month ago. (Subject: "[TSVN] RFE:
Lock_and_open as a single command".)

The suggestion was to add a single "deeper" sub menu where the less
frequently used menu items could be put by the user. Seems like the thread
was forgotten back then...

I think that one additional group "Other commands" would be sufficient. That
would also be easy to fit into the current Settings page under "Look and
Feel".

Anyhow, I too think that it would be a good idea to make some change to
lessen the clutter.
