No, unfortunately that doesn't work either. The proxy rejects all
requests from TSVN/SVN, because it cannot authenticate properly. We're
using a Microsoft ISA Server proxy, which requires NTLM proxy
authentication. TSVN (and SVN) don't appear to support this. Like most
software out there they only do basic and digest authentication.

I struggled with this before and found some related stuff in the mailing
list archive. Especially this message looks interesting:

But unfortunately I cannot get TSVN (and SVN) to build on my machines,
so I cannot try this myself.
